What to Expect from TreeFeed.ca

• TreeFeed.ca will e-mail you an estimate to the address provided on your form
  
• if you wish to proceed please "Reply" to the Estimate provided, Confirming you Approve the Service to the following Estimate.
  
• if you "Reply" with changes we will alter the Estimate, Re-send it and ask for your confirmation again.
  
• Once confirmed an EAB Technician will be out to complete the service as soon as possible (within 10 business days).  24hr Notice will be given.  It is not   necessary for clients to be home but locked gates or access details will be required.
  
• Scheduled appointments are available and are considered consultations, there is an additional charge of $125 for this service.
  
• When the technician arrives to carry out the service they will .
  
  
  • 1st -identify the tree, (ensure it is an Ash).
  • 2nd- assess trees health and decide if the tree is a (*)candidate for treatment.
  • 3rd- start treatment of ash tree(s) .
  • 4th- Carry out any additional services (ie: feeds, consultation).
    
• (*)If our technician feels your tree would not benefit from the treatment (30% or more canopy loss) we will send you an email or leave you a voicemail with our reasoning and recommendations, unless previously specified and confirmed to treat under any live condition if tree is not hazardous. (There will be N/C to you if tree is left untreated due to these circumstances).
  
• If you are not satisfied and wish to treat the tree no matter what the outcome just call or email us with your estimate # and we would be happy to discuss your options.
• The purpose of this system is Efficiency.  We need to treat as many ash trees as possible in the most efficient way possible ( 1 trip, full service!).  This saves time, money and most importantly Fuel.  Less fuel burned means LOWER EMISSIONS and  a HEALTHIER COMMUNITY.
  

ID Tree and Correct Measurement:  

1. Identify your tree as an Ash Tree (Genus:  Fraxinus) (see Wikipedia:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fraxinus )
   
2. Using a measuring tape, measure the circumference of the main trunk in inches at chest height (4.5 feet above ground)
   
3. Type your findings in the corresponding box. (ensure the number you place in the box is in its correct increment ie: inches or cm)
